Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time, with no penalty

ENVIORT does not charge cancellation fees or penalties.

Payments are non-refundable

• The one-time $500 USD setup fee is non-refundable. It pays for the preparation and initial services of your environment.
• Monthly ($199 USD) and annual ($1,990 USD) subscription payments already made are non-refundable, including partial or unused periods.

How cancellation works

• To cancel, email ventas@enviort.com or send us a WhatsApp message at +52 444 576 3034 from your registered account contact.
• To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next billing date.
• After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• After the service ends, you can request an export of your data within 30 days.

Free trial

After setup and the 7-day validation period, you receive a 21-day free trial of the subscription. If you decide not to continue during the trial, you owe no subscription fees. The setup fee is not refunded.

Billing questions

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at ventas@enviort.com before contacting your bank or card issuer so we can review it promptly.
