Who we are

ENVIORT is operated by Jorge Ortiz Mata, an independent software developer in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Contact: ventas@enviort.com.

What we collect

  • Website and sales contacts: Name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the messages you send us when you request a demo or contact us.
  • Service data: Information the Customer and its users enter into ENVIORT, such as Customer, shipment, package, trip, sales, and expense records, user accounts, and uploaded files. We process this data on the Customer's behalf.
  • Payment information: Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Basic technical data: Such as IP address and browser type, used to operate and secure the site and platform.

How we use it

To provide, maintain, secure, and improve ENVIORT; to give support; to respond to inquiries; to process payments; and to comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, under confidentiality and security obligations, such as our cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud Platform), our payment processor (Stripe), and communication tools (such as WhatsApp and email), or when required by law.

Data ownership

Data entered into ENVIORT belongs to the Customer. We do not have the right to share it for our own purposes. The Customer is responsible for deciding which users can access its data.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while the service is active. After the service ends, the Customer has 30 calendar days to request an export, after which we may delete the data from active systems. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period, and we may keep information required by law.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information stored in ENVIORT. No system is completely secure. Customers must protect their credentials and control their users' access.

International processing

ENVIORT is operated from Mexico and hosted with third-party cloud infrastructure. Information may be processed in the United States and Mexico.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing ventas@enviort.com. Customers' end users should contact the shipping company that uses ENVIORT.

Children

ENVIORT is a business service and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
