- How does the 21-day free trial work?
- After your one-time $500 USD setup, you get a 7-day validation period to test that everything works, followed by a 21-day free trial of the subscription. You only start paying the monthly or annual subscription after the trial. The setup fee is non-refundable.
- Is there a setup fee?
- Yes. There is a one-time $500 USD setup fee. This covers the creation and configuration of your company environment, branding, users, permissions, initial settings, and onboarding.
- How quickly can my company get started?
- Most environments can be prepared within 3 business days. Depending on the configuration and information required, setup may take up to 5 business days.
- Are there any penalties or cancellation fees?
- No. ENVIORT does not charge cancellation penalties. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable.
- Who owns my data?
- Your company owns the data and information entered into ENVIORT. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the service.
- Can I add more users to my account?
- Yes. You can add users to your company environment and assign specific roles and permissions based on their responsibilities.
- Can I migrate my existing data to ENVIORT?
- Yes. We can review your existing data and determine the best approach for migrating the information that your business needs. Migration requirements and scope are evaluated during onboarding.
- What kind of support do you provide?
- Support is available directly from the ENVIORT team. We help with onboarding, configuration, questions about the platform, and issues that may come up while using the system.
- What happens if I decide ENVIORT is not right for my business?
- You can stop during the free trial and you will not be charged the subscription. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
- Can pricing change in the future?
- Your price is guaranteed for the first 12 months. After that, we may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice.
